Step 1: Always open the box from the Top side (Refer Shipping Label).
Step 2: The plant is securely wrapped in corrugated sheet and synthetic cotton is used to prevent leaf damages. Gently cut the corrugated sheet without causing damage to plant. Do not directly pullout the plant from the corrugated sheet as it will damage your plant.
Step 3: Cut and remove the plastic tape covering from the pot.
Step 4: Take out the paper wrap protecting the soil from the top of the pot.
