Refund / Replacement

Claims/ Refund / Replacement will be only applicable if :

  • Plants arrive in dead condition
  • Plants are missing inside the carton box

To register claims , customer is required to send the unboxing video, showing clearly in which condition the plants arrived to the WhatsApp Number given : 9747 555 878 as soon as the parcel is delivered . Incase of refunds it will take 3-5 working days to process the refund into customer’s bank account.

Claims/ Refund / Replacement will not be applicable if :

  • Claims registering for discoloration of plant leaves, broken leaves.
  • Claims registering post planting.
  • Claims registering after 12 hours.

Plants may have unique cosmetic imperfections such as tears, creases, discoloration.etc on their foliage. Leaf yellowing is a normal stress response to shipping and does not indicate an unhealthy plant. These minor cosmetic blemishes are normal for live plants and do not affect the health of the plant in any way.

Order dispatch

Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed , your order will be shipped within 2-3 days . Please not that we will not be dispatching orders on weekends because plants are highly perishable.

If in any case the ordered items are not available , we might reach out to you to issue full refund or credit voucher.

Please note that we have the following shipping partners :

  • Blue Dart Air Mail/ DTDC Air Mail – Covering North India, North East, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana – Expected delivery in 4-7 days
  • DTDC / Professional couriers – Covering South India Expected delivery in 2-3 days

Please note that Live Plants are perishable and hence will be shipped through Priority Air Mail and Non-perishable items such as Potting mix, Pots etc. will be dispatched through surface mode.
