Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. It takes 1-7 days to deliver the plants depending on your pin code.

How do I create an account?

Account will be created automatically while checkout if you check on the create account checkbox.

How do I change my shipping address?

Once ordered the shipping address cannot be changed so check your address properly before submitting. But if necessary please contact us within 24 hours of ordering at Orders@urbanrootswyd.in or  WhatsApp to 9747 555 878 and we will help you.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver plants within India.

Will my items come in one package?

Your items may or may not be delivered in one package. Multiple products are packaged in different boxes for safety.

I received the wrong item, what should I do now?

Please Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery along with appropriate proofs. Please check Deliveries & Returns for further information.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do now?

Where should I mail my authorized return?

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Please Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we will help you. If order is already shipped ,in that case it may not be possible to update an address and claims will not be applicable.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

Orders placed once cannot be cancelled.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes, Please Contact us.
