Claims
Claims/ Refund / Replacement will be only applicable if :
- Plants arrive in dead condition
- Plants are missing inside the carton box
To register claims , customer is required to send the unboxing video, showing clearly in which condition the plants arrived to the WhatsApp Number given : 9747 555 878 as soon as the parcel is delivered . Incase of refunds it will take 3-5 working days to process the refund into customer’s bank account.
Claims/ Refund / Replacement will not be applicable if :
- Claims registering for discoloration of plant leaves, broken leaves.
- Claims registering post planting.
- Claims registering after 12 hours.
Order dispatch
Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed , your order will be shipped within 2-3 days . Please not that we will not be dispatching orders on weekends because plants are highly perishable.
If in any case the ordered items are not available , we might reach out to you to issue full refund or credit voucher.
